Timeline overview for application process:

• Summer and fall before applying:

  • Visit the official Beinecke website:了解更多皇冠体育奖学金和申请流程的信息.

  • Explore Career Education’s Graduate School resources, including a handy Getting Started worksheet.

  • 与韦尔斯利奖学金团队的成员交谈, for honest advice, feedback, and encouragement; book a Fellowships advising appointment via Handshake 或参加奖学金虚拟弹出窗口(列表在 Handshake). 

  • 与教师和研究导师谈谈你的学术兴趣和申请拜内克.

  • 识别引用作者并请求引用. (Not sure whom to ask? The Fellowships team is glad to help brainstorm!)

• February/March:

Eligibility

Who is eligible?

• 在申请学年攻读学士学位的大学三年级学生;

• United States citizens; or United States nationals from American Samoa or the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands; and

How do I apply?

Application checklist

• Request three letters of recommendation 教授过与申请的研究生学位相关的课程和/或指导过适当的学术研究或艺术项目的教师. Please give your recommenders this link to allow them to submit their letters -如果他们对在线表格有任何困难，请他们将信件发送至 fellowships@jstyz.com.

Submit the following, via the online form found here:

• Completed official application form (find the official form via the Beinecke website)

• Personal statement (1,描述你对研究生学习的研究或创造性兴趣，以及这些研究之外的职业抱负. 该陈述还应包括对最相关学术的讨论, professional, extracurricular, 以及影响或塑造你的兴趣和计划的个人经历.

• Current cv or resume (2 page max)

• Optional portfolio for candidates in the arts (something like what you’d submit as part of an application for the proposed MFA; please contact fellowships@jstyz.com to discuss this further)

• Financial Aid Data Sheet (find the official form via the Beinecke website)
